(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) A delegation representing the Jordan police is participating in the 8th Annual Arab Police Championship Marathon, which began Sunday in Lebanese capital Beirut.
The race is being organized by the Lebanese Interior Security Forces, under the supervision of the Police Arab Sports Federation and the Lebanese Union for Athletics.
In addition to Jordan, participants in the race included policemen and women from Qatar, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Sudan and Iraq.
Runners began the marathon contest from the Lebanese National Museum .
