(MENAFN) Dubai-based Nakheel Properties, the real estate developer and creator of several land reclamation projects, signed a deal with Reel Cinemas to construct a new movie and entertainment center, Arabian Business reported.
The projected venue is at Al Khail Avenue, in which Reel Cinemas is going to undertake a two-story, 76,000 square foot plot. The new cinema is going to entertain 1,500 seats across 14 theatres, containing four Platinum Movie Suites.
"We are delighted to have chosen Reel Cinemas for Al Khail Avenue, which is attracting a host of brand name retailers wanting to stake their claim on this new exciting destination." The director of Nakheel Retail said in a statement.
