Blast goes off in Gaza City no casualties reported


(MENAFN- The Journal Of Turkish Weekly) An explosive charge went off Friday night near the Palestinian unity government's offices in Gaza City, according to eyewitnesses.

A bomb exploded near the government's offices in western Gaza City, eyewitnesses told The Anadolu Agency, adding that no casualties had been reported as a result of the blast.

Palestinian security forces rushed to site of the explosion and an investigation has since been launched, witnesses said.

Responsibility for the bombing has yet to be claimed by any individuals or groups.

On Thursday, a bomb went off near a nursery in the city of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.
