() is moving to the entertainment and casino business with its move to acquire the Canberra Casino.
The company will change its name to Aquis Entertainment Limited and will acquire Aquis Canberra Pty Ltd the holding company of the casino.
Aquis Canberra is currently wholly owned within the Aquis Group which will be issued shares in Discovery in consideration for the acquisition.
This will result in Aquis Group owning about 89% of Discovery.
In addition the company will conduct an equity raising of A$2 million at A$0.20 per share through a placement.
