Abu Dhabi Social Events announces INDOORS Ladies Walk a free event to be held at Nation Towers to create awareness about healthy living among women.
Abu Dhabi Social Events has announced that it will be holding INDOORS Ladies Walk under the leadership of renowned fitness instructor Helle. The free event will be held at Nation Towers Corniche Abu Dhabi. Helle will lead the participants through the corridors of this famous building for an enriching experience. The event is scheduled for 20th April and will be held every Monday from 10.00 AM to 11.30 AM. “INDOORS Ladies Walk is a unique concept planned by Abu Dhabi Social Events” says Peter Newman the Mall Manager at Nation Galleria Nation Towers. “The whole idea behind this event is to increase awareness among ladies about the importance of healthy living. It is an initiative that will also help ladies know how to strike the right work life balance.”
INDOORS Ladies Walk is a free event according to the organizers. Ladies can join the event and increase their knowledge about fitness and healthy living without having to pay any participation or registration fee. The walk will include a series of quick exercises to help tone up arms legs and belly. Fitness instructor Helle will put the participants through the grind at the National Towers. At the same time she will be also giving valuable tips on healthy living and nutrition. Ladies can bring their friends along and can even walk in with their kids and babies in strollers.
The INDOORS walk will not be all exercise and no fun. Ladies can complete the walk and then stay back to socialize with the group over a cup of coffee. Participants will meet up with Helle on the ground floor of the Nation Towers at 09.45 AM well in time before the free walk event which will start at 10.00 AM.
There are no special preparations or gear required for ladies planning to participate in INDOORS Ladies Walk. They just have to make sure they are wearing their most comfortable shoes and have a bottle of water ready. The event offers a simple but effective way to stay fitter and healthier.
Ladies planning to participate in the upcoming INDOORS Walk and future such events to be held at the Nation Towers can receive invitations to these events by email by simply requesting to be included to the database by sending an email to Nation.Galleria@ICT.ae. They must indicate their details including nationality. They must also mention whether they would like to participate in the event with kids so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
