Canada's SGI posts USD41m profit on house insurance


(MENAFN) The Canadian Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) posted a USD41 million profit on its house insurance businesses, according to corporate statements, CTV News reported.

In spite of the destructive weather patterns and storming summer storms, the company was able to subdue the negativities and persevere through its financial results.

In addition, the firm was able to add another USD54 million to its balance on licensing plate transactions. The combined overall of operating claims surpassed USD900 million.
