Jordanian Students compete in KPMG International Case Competition in Dubai


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Jordanian Students from several Jordanian universities will participate in the KPMG International Case Competition (KICC), which will take place in Dubai tomorrow.

The KICC competition challenges students to review and develop solutions for a number of business case studies. Over 20,000 students from 28 countries have competed over the past few months to solve real business issues.

112 finalists will convene in Dubai to compete against each other and solve a real world business problem live. Run over the course of four days, teams will be judged by a panel of 23 senior KPMG Partners progressing through various rounds before the winners are announced tomorrow.

Executive partner at KPMG- Jordan, Hatem Qawasmi, said that the competition in which Jordanian students from private and public universities compete, is one of the world's largest case competitions and represents KPMG's flagship student recruitment initiative worldwide.

The initiative provides students the opportunity to discover the fast-paced world of casework and test their ability to develop innovative solutions for real-world business issues, he added.
