Saudi Arabia, Australia to bolster economic ties

(MENAFN) The Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) is set to encourage the bilateral economic relations with Saudi Arabia on both of the business and cultural plane, Saudi Gazette reported.

The Australian promotion includes Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE. It is worth mentioning that Australia already adds up with a sum of about USD9.13 billion to the trade ties with the GCC countries.

The Australian Minister for Trade and Investment is currently mulling over a signing of a free trade agreement with the Gulf Cooperation Council, in hopes of meeting the Gulf's rising demands.
