Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President, has congratulated Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on being named the Cultural Personality of the Year for the ninth edition of by the Sheikh Zayed Book Award.
Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa said that the selection of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid is an honour well-earned as his achievements contributed towards advancing the UAE's regional and international stature.
"We are proud of the achievements that he made for us," Sheikh Sultan said stressing Sheikh Mohammed is a role model in all domains and that his successes reflect positively on the UAE's excellence and prestigious stature.
Sheikh Sultan added that Sheikh Mohammed's outstanding ideas inspired many people around the world, and commended his integrated approach to excellence and continuous development and his personality for inspiring all to realise their ambitions and achieve excellence.
