Dusty weather with showers forecast until Thursday


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Wednesday becoming around their seasonal average and the weather will be dusty in most parts of the Kingdom with clouds at high and medium altitudes.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, the country will be affected by unstable weather conditions in the afternoon . Therefore, it will be partly cloudy with local showers accompanied by thunder at times, especially at night. Winds will be southeasterly moderate to brisk.

On Thursday, a tangible drop in temperatures is expected with a continued chance for rain, mainly in the northern and central regions while winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk, raising dust in the desert areas, the JMD added.

Temperatures in Amman for today will reach a high of 23 degrees Celsius and a low of 10 degrees at night.
