Israeli army raids West Bank city


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Dozens of Israeli military vehicles entered the northern West Bank city of Nablus early Wednesday, searching homes, seizing items and arresting 30 Palestinians, Palestinian security officials said, according to dpa.

Many of those arrested were members of Hamas movement,
including one woman, two journalists, university instructors and
several militants who had served terms in Israeli jails.

The Balata refugee camp was among several neighbourhoods targeted in the raid. The items seized included cellular phones, computers and cars.
