(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Some flights to and from Doha were either diverted or delayed due to the dust storm and high winds that lashed the city yesterday. Information posted on Qatar Airways website showed that QR4 (Airbus A380) from London Heathrow had to be diverted to Dubai World Central (DWC) early yesterday.
Another Qatar Airways Airbus A380 (QR39) bound for Paris (CDG) got delayed by more than six hours yesterday, apparently due to the bad weather.
Passengers expect more flight delays as the Met Office has cautioned that the dusty conditions might continue today.
