(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Uber the smartphone technology company announced on Saturday that demand for its services in the UAE has skyrocketed during the first quarter of 2015.
Only three months into the year the company has had as many new riders during this period as it did for the entire 2014 calendar year.
The news comes on the back of the on-demand smart app’s latest expansion into Amman last week with Uber further boosting its regional presence. The Jordanian capital becomes Uber’s 300th city globally since its inception in 2009.
