Canada's budget to witness 2 percent growth in 2015

(MENAFN) The Canadian government expects that its budget economy is going to grow by 2 percent in 2015 due to almost-firm oil prices, a survey by Reuters showed, Reuters reported.

The Canadian government has been relying on private sector growth expectations since 1994. Nine economic analysts predicted to see the 2 percent growth, out of the 15 included in the survey.

In 2016, growth will take a slight leap ahead marking 2.2 percent increase. 2015's expected results are close to the2.1 percent growth rate the Bank of Canada expected in January.
