(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) A Palestinian youth was shot dead by Israeli soldiers in northern Ramallah Wednesday morning.
According to the Israeli media, the Palestinian minor stabbed the Israeli soldiers on route 60 near the Shilo settlement, north of Ramallah.
One soldier was critically injured after being stabbed in the neck, while the other sustained minor injuries before opening fire against the youth, who was fatally wounded, the media added.
Israeli army forces and ambulances arrived at the scene to administer first aid to the soldiers, who were then taken by helicopter to Israeli hospitals for treatment.
