QNCC staffer rewarded for honesty in Qatar


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Andnet Zelekew, a cleaner at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), has displayed exceptional honesty and integrity, by returning two diamond rings worth QR470,000 left behind in the Convention Centre's washrooms.

The incident occurred during the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition held at the QNCC on February 24 this year.

The owner of the rings was delighted with the return of her two rings.

Zelekew has received the gratitude of the owner of the jewellery, the QNCC management as well as a substantial cash reward.
