(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) inaugurated 220 villa land plots and put them up for sale at the Beach Community (BC) in Al-Murooj district, Saudi Gazette reported.
BC is ranged over 280,000 square meters and upon completion will offer an unprecedented luxurious standard of living. The Community contains 220 villa plots for auction with 900 square meters per plot.
"The Beach Community will be yet another offering from King Abdullah Economic City that fulfills the increasing demand for high-end residential properties," the Managing Director of KAEC said.
