U.S. calls on its citizens to leave Yemen


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) The United States Monday evening, advised its citizens to leave war-torn Yemen by boat.

State Department spokesperson, Marie Harf, said that the U.S. government has sent an emergency message saying that its citizens can leave Yemen from either Aden or Mokha and cross into Djibouti by boat.

Harf urged all U.S. citizens trapped in Yemen to shelter in a secure location until they are able to depart safely.
