(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Experts are to discuss the latest topics and share their knowledge, best practices and latest scientific research in the field of dermatology, laser, and phototherapy during their meeting in Dubai, starting tomorrow.
The 15th edition of the Dubai World Dermatology and Laser Conference and Exhibition, Dubai Derma, being held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, will see the participation of a number of doctors and heads of regional and international dermatology societies taking part in the 3-day event.
Dubai Derma 2015 will welcome 110 prominent speakers from 60 countries who will come together to discuss the latest topics and share their knowledge, best practices and latest scientific research in the field of dermatology, laser, and phototherapy.
Held under the theme, "Skin Health is our Concern", the conference agenda includes topics such as acne, aesthetic medicine, body contouring, cosmetic dermatology, dermatological therapies and surgeries, hair and nail disorders, lasers, liposuction, plastic surgery for the dermatologist, psoriasis, skin cancer surgery and many more.
Dubai Derma this year addresses several skin diseases and highlights the latest technologies in the field of cosmetic and plastic surgery via a rich scientific conference programme consisting of 15 scientific sessions and 40 cutting-edge workshops that will cover most of the recent trends and best practices in the dermatology field.
The highly specialised Dubai Derma exhibition covers a space of over 8,000 sq.m., with 375 companies showcasing their latest products, equipment, and innovation in the field of dermatology, an increase in exhibition size by 25% compared to the previous year.
Dubai Derma 2015 is held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Dubai Health Authority, DHA.
Dr. Ibrahim Galadari, Professor of Dermatology at the UAE University, and Conference Chairman of Dubai Derma, said, "Dubai Derma has become a comprehensive educational hub for dermatologists and laser specialists who come yearly from different regions of the world to benefit from the intensive scientific courses and practical workshops.
