Dubai's DAMAC to sign London tower investment


(MENAFN) Dubai-based DAMAC Properties, a property development company, is reflecting upon making a construction investment of a 50-story mixed-use tower in London, Arab News reported.

The venture would mark the company's admission into the British market. Presently, DAMAC has other ventures in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon.

The London project involves 685,000 square feet of interior space for 450 housing units, in addition to class A offices and retail space. The concluding of the deal is forecast to occur shortly.
