Securitymen hunt mandoub for allegedly embezzling KD 350K


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY April 4: Jahra detectives has started an intensive search for an Egyptian who worked as 'mandoub' (company representative) in a big company as he allegedly embezzled KD 350000. According to the company's lawyer the suspect disappeared after receiving the returned merchandise worth KD 350000 on behalf of the company in Suleibiya. A case was registered and police manhunt is ongoing to arrest the suspect.

3 arrested for drugs: Jahra security patrols arrested a citizen a GCC national and a Bedoun for the possession of 13 bags containing narcotic substances and handcuffs belonging to the Ministry of Interior. The security patrols were on duty in Al-Qaser when they suspected a vehicle transporting the three suspects who were in an abnormal condition. They inspected the vehicle and this led to the discovery of the narcotic substances. Initial investigations revealed two of the suspects are working in the ministry and the other is unemployed. All three suspects were referred to the concerned authorities for legal action.

Fighting for vanity purpose: The legal preacher of Al-Nusra Front Abu Hassan Al-Kuwaiti (Ali Al-Arjani) says his return to Kuwait is a legallyguaranteed right reports Al-Rai daily. Addressing the Kuwaiti fighter in DAESH Abu Hassan said he is a 'Mujahid' but fighting for vanity purposes supporting and partnering with the killers of Muslims is forbidden by Allah. He refused to mention the number of Kuwaiti fighters in Al-Nusra Front in Syria.

Dog attacks housemaid: An Asian housemaid sustained injuries when a dog attacked her in Fahad Al- Ahmad prompting her sponsor to file a report at the area's police station against the owner of the dog reports Al-Seyassah. Security sources revealed one of the MPs intervened to prevent filing of the report but the officer in-charge ignored the 'wasta' (influence) and went ahead with lodging a negligence of animal care complaint against the dog owner. The report along with the medical report has been referred to the concerned authorities for further legal measures.
