Kuwait, Bangladesh sign cooperation agreement


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Kuwait House for National Works on Thursday signed a cooperation agreement with Bangladesh to exchange expertise with Bengali armed forces and to establish a pavilion about Kuwait's history and culture in Bangladesh.

Kuwait and Bangladesh share a deep relationship over the years, most notably when Bangladesh joined the international coalition in liberating Kuwait in 1991 as well as contributing to removal of mines left behind by the invading Iraqi forces, said Head of Kuwait House for National Works Yousef Al-Amiri.

Al-Amiri affirmed Kuwait House for National Works' vital role in enhancing Arab and international relations.
