James made a long run on him from 600 metres out and Hartnell outstayed the Japanese horse who is no slouch for a very exciting and impressive win” said John O’Shea.

The Yasutoshi Ikee-trained To The World ridden by Nicholas Hall was second followed by Beaten Up trained by Chris Waller and ridden by Glyn Schofield. Opinion pulled up while Rising Romance was a non-runner.

Meanwhile Accuse with James McDonald onboard won the Tab.Com.Au <http://Tab.Com.Au> Plate while Adirondack ridden by Sam Clipperton won the TAB Rewards Handicap at Rosehill.

At Sandown Hazard trained by Lee and Anthony Freedman and ridden by Ben Melham strode to victory in The Grand Hotel Frankston Handicap.

Meanwhile O’Shea and McDonald guided Generalife to victory in the Irresistible Pools & Spas Star Kingdom Stakes Group 3 Quality Handicap Medcaut in theraces.com.au <http://theraces.com.au> Handicap and Hauraki in the Tulloch Stakes Group 2.

Godolphin’s Malice ridden by Sam Clipperton was second in the Hyland Race Colours Doncaster Prelude Group 3 Quality Handicap.

At Werribee Concentrate trained by O’Shea and ridden by Darren Gauci won the Werribee Racing Club Function Centre while in Newcastle Invitations the mount of Grant Buckley strode to a win in the In Memory Of Mitch Class 1 Handicap.

In Kempton UK Godolphin’s Romsdal trained by John Gosden and the ride of Nicky Mackay won the 888Sport Magnolia Stakes. In Chelmsford Emirates Airline trained by Dubai World Cup winner Saeed bin Suroor and ridden by Tom Eaves notched the Buy Online At chelmsfordcityracecourse.com <http://chelmsfordcityracecourse.com> Maiden Stakes.

Also in Chelmsford Maverick Wave trained by Gosden and ridden by Robert Tart won the totepool Handicap.

In Chantilly France Usherette trained by Andre Fabre and ridden by Mickael Barzalona won the Prix de la Serpentine. In Machecoul Important Time trained by Henri-Alex Pantall and ridden by Fabrice Veron won the Prix Sonzyeux.
