Ex MP arrested selling fake health cards at KD 150 each
During investigations the team summoned three Egyptians and an Iranian who confessed that they bought the fake health cards from a representative of an Egyptian expatriate 'Abu Radi' for which they paid KD 150. The officers arrested 'Abu Radi' who revealed that he was a former member of the Egyptian parliament an engineer and a businessman. During interrogations he confessed that he sold the health cards for KD 150 to eight Egyptians and two Iranians. The suspects were referred to the concerned authorities for further investigations.

National Assembly Guards prevented the undersecretary of a ministry and a companion to HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah from entering the parliament building reports Al-Shahed daily quoting parliamentary sources. They revealed that the undersecretary who is a member of the ruling family wanted to enter the building to attend a parliamentary meeting but he was prevented even though he presented his ID.
