Dubai's The Nest to feature USD2m housing in Q2

(MENAFN) The Emirate of Dubai is set to launch a firsthand housing development that goes by the name of The Nest, which will provide houses, priced at USD2 million, at Al Barari estate, Arabian Business reported.

The sale for the villas is set for initiation in April, which is planned as the green community amidst the desert of Dubai. The Nest will involve ninety nine four-bed villas situated in a forest-like environment.

The houses' designs involve blending indoor and outdoor lifestyles, with an outdoor shower, barbeque space and infinity edge pool, according to a statement issued by Al Barari. The villas will also involve two styles, distinct in layout and lifestyle.

"We now have a full spectrum of homes available, offering a choice for everyone from stylish apartments for couples through to spacious villas for families." According to a senior official monitoring the housing project.
