(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) In a major step in the company's drive to expand its network across Oman Takaful Oman Insurance has opened a new branch in Sohar.

The company has been aiming to grow rapidly inspired by the welcoming response it received from customers in Oman a press release said on Tuesday.
The year couldn't have started on a brighter note for the company as it bagged top regional honours in the 'Newcomer' and 'Market Trailblazer' categories at the recently concluded MENA Insurance Awards 2015.
The Sohar branch will be the first of many branches that are scheduled to be opened in different parts of Oman this year. Exceptional customer service innovative Sharia'a-compliant products and transparency have been the hallmarks of the experience the company offers its customers. This has not only increased its positive image in the industry but has also increased the confidence of the company's management in the future of Takaful Oman in the sultanate.
Speaking on the occasion Sayyida Rawan Ahmed al Said managing director and CEO of Takaful Oman said 'As a full-fledged takaful provider we have a huge responsibility to deliver the right products and services to our customers. The new branch in Sohar will therefore go a long a way in offering our customers the services they need at a location much closer to them. We are very optimistic about expanding our network and serving our customers across Oman.'
