LPGA Veteran Missie Berteotti & Business Executive Sue McMurdy Launch Business Golf Academy
The Business Golf Academy is proud to announce it is conducting premier national events for Women hosted by Troon Golf. These female-focused events explore:
• Women's leadership: Being Comfortable in Positions of Power
• Business-Golf: How to Optimize Business Outside of the Office
• Best Practices: Golf and Golf Fitness
Academy instructors include Business Golf Academy co-founders LPGA veteran Missie Berteotti and banking and technology executive Sue McMurdy Executive Advisor for Endeavor Management. Academies are filled with: Golf Instruction Playing Golf Coaching on Business Golf Etiquette Business Seminars Specifically for Women Instruction on Golf Fitness and Great Food & Hospitality located at Troon Golf-managed facilities. The format is a packed three-day agenda which is designed to help women prepare and practice to gain the confidence needed to be able to participate in business golf events.

Missie is a 14-year veteran of the LPGA tour. Missie won over 1 million dollars on tour and was ranked as high as #22 in the world while also winning the Ping Welch's Classic in 1993. Missie retired to focus on raising her son and has spent the last 15 years conducting programs for junior golfers and also focusing on women golfers. Missie speaks across the country to women about “Going for the Green” a keynote that helps women realize their financial potential by doing business on the golf course. Missie is a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Coach and a member of the Certified Golf Coaches Association. Missie's forte is in teaching Mental Skills to players. Missie's coaching principles are outlined in her book The Mental Mastery Program; From the Classroom to the Course to Life.
Sue is currently an Executive Advisor for Endeavor Management a strategic advisory firm headquartered in Houston Texas. She speaks and advises organizations on Information Technology Governance and the role of the Board of Directors. She spent more than 3 decades as a highly accomplished banking and technology executive rising to President and CEO of a large IT services organization and from 2000-2012 serving as an Executive Officer and Chief Information Officer of a financial services corporation listed on the NYSE.
