Bahrain's Investcorp to purchase US Nobel Learning
(MENAFN) Bahraini Investcorp is set to purchase Nobel Learning, a US-based private education company fostering 176 schools, Reuters reported.
While the value of the agreement remains undisclosed, the firm said that this acquisition is in association with Mumtalakat, the investment arm of the government.
The move comes under Investcorp's plan to expand into other sectors and also marks the firm's second purchase in the US in March, after buying the USD300 million residential properties portfolio.
