On May 26 2015 certain H4 visa holders will actually be able to file for an employment authorization (EAD).


The H4 EAD or work permit is a long awaited relief to thousands of H4 visa holders especially those from countries such as India and China where the waiting time for a permanent residence sometimes exceeds 10 years. This work permit will surely be very much welcome by all.
