(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt, March 29 (KUNA) - The Secretary-Generals of the Arab League, OIC, GCC, and Arab Maghreb Union held a consultative meeting here Sunday on the sidelines of the Arab Summit which kick-started yesterday.
The consultative meeting focused on coordinating efforts amongst such organizations on a number of regional and international issues.
A preparatory meeting was held in January to make relevant arrangements and set out the agenda for today's meeting, with key issues such as the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, combating terrorism, and the increasing number of refugees resulting from ongoing crises in the region, namely the Syrian conflict.
The meeting was held here upon request from Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil Al-Araby.
