(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a written message today from Afghanistan's President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai.
The message was handed over to the Assistant Foreign Minister for Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Rumaihi during a meeting today with Charges D'affaires of Afghanistan's Embassy in Qatar Mohammed Kasim.
