(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Hamriyah Free Zone Authority, HFZA, has organised seminars on the Challenges of Growth for Small and Medium Enterprises, SMEs, in the Indian cities of Bangalore and Ahmedabad, which were attended by a large number of entrepreneurs.
The seminars were supported by National Small Industries Corporation of the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, MSME, Government of India, as Knowledge Partner as well as a number of industry associations, chambers of commerce and private sector organisations.
The seminars discussed on the fast emerging business ecosystem across the world vis-a-vis the challenges for the growth of the sector. Industry leaders spoke on topics ranging from capital markets for SMEs to marketing endeavours to technology.
In a message, Saud Salim Al Mazrouei, Director, HFZA and Sharjah Airport International Free Zone, SAIF Zone, said, "India's vast SMEs sector role in evolving a new industrial ecosystem is indispensable and Hamriyah Free Zone, with its most strategic location, is committed to accelerate growth by connecting entrepreneurs to the world."
"HFZA will continue with its endeavours in addressing entrepreneurs across India and other world regions on the importance of the free zones in reaching to the world markets with viability and confidence," he added.
