Qatari Lusail City signs USD1.55b construction packages contract
(MENAFN) The largest Greenfield developer in Qatar, Lusail City Real Estate Development Company (LCRDC) signed a USD1.55 billion contract for construction works in LCRDC, The Peninsula reported.
Among the numerous construction packages are the Lusail Plaza, development of Commercial Street and a unique Crescent-shaped Street, all to be furnished by the Qatari firm.
The location of the projects will be within the Central Zone of the 38sqkm Lusail City. The Central Zone also includes the Commercial Waterfront District and the Lusail Towers District.
