Wood Palace Kitchens announces Tom Fiore as Sales and Design Consultant

Wood Palace Kitchens a premier cabinetry distributor representing select manufacturers and providing turn-key services for customers  now celebrating its 36th anniversary recently welcomed Tom Fiore of Scituate Massachusetts to its team as a Sales and Design Consultant.

Fiore brings more than 23 years in the cabinetry and furnishings industry to his post at Wood Palace Kitchens.  His impressive resume includes tenure as Vice President of Merchandising of a 35-store chain and co-owner along with his wife Susan of Susan Thomas Home a high end custom cabinetry design and furnishings enterprise in Needham.  He and Susan previously owned the Furniture Consignment Gallery in Hanover.

A graduate of Babson College Fiore also holds a 20/20 Design Certification.

Originally from Waltham Fiore now makes his home in Scituate with Susan; the couple has six children.  Fiore is a member of the Scituate Chamber of Commerce.  In his spare time he enjoys cycling golf and skiing.

Wood Palace Kitchens was founded in 1979 by Tim Holick a former woodworking student and teacher who began the business as a home-based operation that built customized cabinets for the local market. Over a number of years he has transitioned Wood Palace Kitchens from a manufacturing concern to one that is a distributor representing select manufacturers and providing turn-key services for customers including design installation and maintenance. Wood Palace Kitchens today has seven full-time employees and a 5000 square foot showroom in Middleboro. In 2009 Wood Palace Kitchens acquired a second company Cornerstone Granite and Marble originally located in Raynham MA adding granite countertops to its menu of services and products.  CEO Tim Holick plans to open additional showrooms for both cabinets and granite in the region over the next several years and plans the launch of a new cabinet division as well. The company has a consistent ongoing relationship with the Make-A-Wish Foundation providing a portion of each sale to that foundation.
