At least 35 killed in Egyptian bus accident


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) At least 35 people were killed Saturday when a bus in
which they were riding plunged into a canal in Giza near Cairo, dpa quoted
medical officials as saying.

The victims were workers from a private construction company, the
officials added.

It was not immediately known how many people were inside the bus.

The accident occurred after several vehicles crashed on the road,
leading the bus to plunge into the canal, witnesses said.
