Opposition fails to gain ''street'' support


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY March 6: Once again members of the annulled National Assembly or the so-called opposition failed to gain ''street'' support when only 40 individuals went to Erada Square despite the many calls for support of the event on social media reports Al- Seyassah daily.

Few people participated in the protest calling for political reforms and released of the ''prisoners of opinion'' and forming a new government elected by the people. Meanwhile Fahd Al-Zamel said he came to the square to show solidarity with MP Musallam Al-Barrak and to support the tendency of reforms.

Abbas Al-Shaabi said ''although he is not allowed to leave his home he went to the venue and everybody should work to jettison differences and promote unity. Twitters users call for gathering in Erada Square next Monday
