(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, a conference titled "Jerusalem the city of peace," will take place in Turkey's capital Ankara on March 21st.
The conference, which comes during a critical phase the region is facing, is supported by the Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen Association in cooperation with the Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Ankara, the Arab League Mission in Ankara, and the Palestinian Embassy in Ankara.
The conference will be held in two working sessions to discuss Israeli attempts at Judaization of Jerusalem and ways to confront such attempts. The second session will be held under the title "Jerusalem is the city of peace" and will focus on the theme of encouraging religious tourism for Muslims and Christians to the holy city.
