Qatar Condemns Armed Attack on Tunisia Museum


(MENAFN- QNA) The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the armed attack which targeted the Bardo Museum in Tunisia killing and injuring dozens of Tunisians and foreign tourists.
In a statement today, the Foreign Ministry stressed that the criminal attack is contrary to all human values and principles, and aims to undermine the stability of Tunisia.
The statement stressed the State of Qatar's full solidarity with the Tunisian government in its quest to protect the gains of the Tunisian revolution through resorting to the law and legal institutions, and the efforts that are being made to achieve peace and stability.
The statement reiterated Qatar's firm stance against violence in all its forms and manifestations. The statement expressed Qatar condolences to the families of the victims who died as a result of this crime.
