(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah met here today with Chinese Minister of Commerce Gao Hucheng, who heads the Chinese side at Saudi-Chinese Joint Committee currently holding its meetings in Riyadh.
During the meeting, they discussed trade and industrial relations between the two friendly countries, means of their development and enhancement, taking advantage of available opportunities and benefits, and promoting trade and industrial cooperation by encouraging the private sector in both countries to establish commercial and industrial joint ventures.
It is worth mentioning that the trade exchange between the two countries amounted to SR 267.4 billion, exports valued at 189 billion, and imports at SR 78.4 billion.
