(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) National Bank of Oman (NBO) A team emerged Oman Cricket (OC) C division champion despite going down to eventual runner-up Z-Axis Media by 31 runs in the final match of the tournament at Al Amerat on Saturday.
Melwin Mathew struck 58 as Z-Axis Media saw off the NBO-A bowlers to make 157 for nine upon batting first. Z-Axis' Kimberley Bentick then claimed four 22 to restrict NBO-A to 126.
