(MENAFN) Dubai-based Danube Group recorded a USD626.02 million turnover from building materials, the group said in a corporate statement, Gulf News reported.
Danube Group also logged a 15 percent year-on-year gain in revenues through a venture into property development, while the real estate subsidiary added USD136.09 million, forecasting a growth up to 20 percent in 2015.
"We were a little skeptical at the start of the year, especially with the results received in the first quarter; it was after March where the growth curve took a steep hike, even though the market did not give any noteworthy results," the Chairman of Danube Group said.
