(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Three accused in the Karachi Airport attack case have been indicted by an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) here on Saturday.
The three Asif Zaheer, Nadeem alias Burger alias Mullah and Sarmad Siddiqu have been summoned by the ATC on March 14.
Nine others involved in the attack including Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) chief Mullah Fazlullah have been declared as proclaimed offenders.
At least 37 people, including ten terrorists were killed after a night long battle with militants at the old terminal of Karachi airport in June last year.
