UAE's Deyaar appoints constructor for Atria twin tower project


(MENAFN) Dubai-based Deyaar Development granted a contract, with an undisclosed value, to Al Rostamani Pegel (ARP) for building The Atria, Arabian Business reported.

The Atria, a luxury mixed-use twin tower complex in the Business Bay area, is set to be completed by the first half-year of 2017, according to the contract.

The hotel apartment tower is set to include studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and three bedroom duplex units across a 30-floor complex.

The tower is also going to include a five-star spa, gym, infinity pool on the 25th floor, in addition to dining restaurants, according to the projects.

"We have chosen Al Rostamani Pegel from a list of leading contractors in the UAE based on our trust in its highly qualified team," CEO at Deyaar said in a statement.
