(MENAFN) Dubai's Emaar Properties registered a USD234.36 million net profit in the fourth quarter of 2014, compared to USD205.78 million year-on-year, Arabian Business reported.
Revenue for the same quarter reached USD775.78 million, marking a jump from the USD751.28 million recorded the year before.
The firm's annual profit reached USD895.55 million in 2014, against the USD699.56 million a year earlier.
"2014 was a robust year for Emaar as we recorded positive growth across each of our three core businesses," the chairman of Emaar Properties said.
