Celamin Holdings to reveal joint venture

Celamin Holdings (ASX:CNL) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details in relation to the joint venture arrangement in Tunisia.

Celamin's Chaketma project has the right size and grade for a rock phosphate export project.

The project currently has a 130 million tonne 20.5% P2O5 (JORC Inferred Resource) with potential for >250 million tonnes.

It has also been granted “Major Project” status by Tunisian Government.

The company had $3.1 million in cash at the end of 2014 with shareholders including Polo Resources Ltd (33.2%) and African Lion (33.1%).

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 6th March 2015 or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
