Gas leakage explosion kills three in Quetta
(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Three people including two children died due to a gas leakage explosion in a house in Quetta's Mariabad area on Monday.
As a result of the blast, the roof of the house collapsed which killed two children and a woman, while three children were injured as well.
Police and rescue teams reached the blast site immediately to recover survivors and shift them to nearby hospitals.
A bomb disposal squad also reached the site for a detailed investigation as local residents maintained that the blast was caused by an incoming rocket fired by unknown assailants.
