Saudi- Donations for training facilities disallowed


(MENAFN- Arab News) Local authorities recently issued a decision to ban all charities and other organizations working under their umbrella from receiving any financial donations support or contributions or cash on behalf of its training facilities local media reported.

A close source to the case said the move intends to activate the rules and executive measures in relation with the training platforms while forcing these charities to pledge that the training courses will operate using a legal inflow of revenues.

The source added that the rules and executive measures have given the rights to charities and the other licensed organizations to apply for the establishment of private training institutions. According to the decision these private training institutions must offer courses free of charge.

Professional establishments as well as the companies centers charities and licensed committees must submit an application to receive initial approval in case they would like to offer training course for external members not including their own employees. In such case the institution or facility should provide a copy of the commercial registry and other necessary formal documents that can be found listed in official websites.
