UAE's DAMAC Properties to build first tropical rainforest in Middle East

(MENAFN) Leading luxury developer DAMAC Properties announced building the first tropical Rainforest in the Middle East, as the emirate continues to attract worldwide tourism, Saudi Gazette reported.

The Dubai Rainforest is set to be completed before the World Expo 2020, and is set to be a key attraction within Dubai's tourism plans. It will be set next to the Trump World Golf Clubhouse.

The natural recreation is set to simulate the true jungle environment experience and will integrate many plants species into the iconic dome structure. DAMAC said that the integrity of the project will be solidified by leading Amazonian rainforest experts

Adventures that visitors are set to enjoy will vary from taking a journey through the jungle, starting out on the ground level, before climbing into the canopy, learning about the flora and fauna throughout the habitat.

"Dubai is known around the world for attracting the biggest and best and the Dubai Rainforest joins that list of unique attractions which will support the growth of the city," managing director of DAMAC Properties said in a statement.
