(MENAFN) Kuwaiti Ministry of Civil Service and the Civil Service Commission signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in a session with Omani-Kuwaiti Committee, Oman Observer reported.
The signing of the MoU stems from the mutual cooperation between the two countries in all fields and aims at developing cooperation between the two parties in the fields of civil service and administrative development.
The two sides agreed to encourage mutual cooperation in fields related to training, development, investment, employment systems, civil service legislations, investment in human relations and knowledge management.
