Two 3 Kiloton Weapons Used; Unprecedented Prohibited Nuclear Aggression
Donetsk Region Ukraine – 2/18/2015 – JKI (John Kettler Investigates) a site dedicated to investigating via highly sensitive military-intelligence sources and solid research what's really going on here and abroad revealed today that Russian forces have used tactical nuclear weapons inside Ukraine. US radiological testing and chemical testing done via air samples captured over the Black Sea together with other intel confirm that Russia detonated at least two 240 mm nuclear projectiles each 3 kiloton mortar bomb possessing approximately 20% the destructive capability of the A-Bomb used at Hiroshima.

The use of nuclear weapons in the Ukraine conflict by Russia which is keeping Putin's illegal proxy army in Eastern Ukraine alive via still denied Russian main force units which invaded Ukraine is a gross violation of international law and treaties. President Obama has refused to comment on this matter allegedly saying he wants nothing said or done which could disrupt his cease fire negotiations with Putin. According to Kettler though Obama’s refusal to confront Putin over the use of nuclear weapons has caused anger and disillusionment among senior military officers in the Department of Defense officers whom Obama has reportedly muzzled. The 240 mm nuclear mortar projectiles were fired from enormous Russian 2S4 self-propelled mortars. Kettler’s report describes how the radiological testing was able to categorize the radioactive materials discovered in the air to be from nuclear weapons versus other sources. "The radiological and chemical profile of a sample from a NUDET (Nuclear Detonation) isn't the same from hitting say a radiology clinic" he states.
